Direct Save Telecom opts for ‘ebillz’ billing system

ebillz has won the contract to provide billing platform software to Direct Save Telecom.

Direct Save Telecom invested into the ebillz billing platform suite away from its bespoke in-house CRM system and outsourced billing system - combining functionalities into the one unified ebillz system.

Rupert Moore, Financial Director of Direct Save Telecom, said: "I was concerned about moving away to an ‘off the shelf billing platform' as we had invested heavily into our systems to make them bespoke to our business processes. Reliability of billing was also a key factor in us choosing ebillz as well as the short time scale involved in getting us up and running."
