Each training course is one full day and held in our dedicated training centre
at our Potters Bar offices.
Demand for these courses is high so we recommend you

SQL Queries and extracting specific data from your database which is not
already written in to ebillz. This course will enable you to:
Write simple SQL select queries
Include wildcards and operator within a query
Write an Interactive query
 Dealer Commission
A course aimed at those that need to know, at an advanced level, the
function of Dealer Commission and the processes involved with this product. Such
as:
Set Up - Adding Dealers/connecting dealer/adding dealer splits and overrides

This course is aimed at Billing Managers who wish to understand, at an
advanced level, the process of the rating engine and the billing procedures

The process of the bill generation including a detailed explanation of the
Customer Billing Screen.
Again this course will also cover the New Features.

Notice received 14 days or more prior to course date = full refund
Notice received 7 days or more prior to course date = 50% refund
Notice received less than 7 days of course date = no refund
